Uplifting Tea is a mixture of special herbs which can boost your mood and provides relief from anxiety. This tea is specially made from organic herbs which gives relaxation to mind. 

INGREDIENTS: 

Organic Passion flower, Lemon Balm, Ashwagandha powder, Hibiscus, Holy Basil  (Tulsi), Organic Licorice Root 

Organic Passion Flower: Passion flower is a climbing vine that is native to the southeastern United States, and Central and South America. The above ground parts are used to make medicine. Passion flower is used for anxiety, including anxiety before surgery. Some people take passion flower for insomnia, stress, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), pain, and many other conditions.

Lemon balm is a perennial herb from the mint family. The leaves, which have a mild lemon aroma, are used to make medicine. Lemon balm is used alone or as part of various multi-herb combination products.

Lemon balm is used for anxiety, stress, insomnia, indigestion (dyspepsia), dementia and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support many of these uses.

Organic Ashwagandha Powder: Ashwagandha is a popular herb used in traditional Indian medicine (Ayurveda) for stress relief and to improve general health. It can help you relax and reduce swelling.

Ashwagandha is used:

  • To treat cancer
  • To treat diabetes
  • To reduce fatigue (feeling more tired or weak than usual)
  • To reduce joint pain
  • To reduce stress
  • To reduce anxiety (strong feelings of worry)     

Organic Hibiscus has been used by different cultures as a remedy for several conditions. Egyptians used hibiscus tea to lower body temperature, treat heart and nerve diseases, and as a diuretic to increase urine production. In Africa, tea was used to treat constipation, cancer, liver disease, and cold symptoms.

Holy Basil is a plant. It is originally from India but now grows in Australia, West Africa, and some Middle Eastern countries. It is used in Ayurvedic medicine. The leaves, stems, and seeds are used to make medicine.

Holy basil is used for anxiety, stress, diabetes, high chlorestorl, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.

Organic Licorice root was used traditionally for treating a variety of conditions, including lung, liver, circulatory, and kidney diseases. Today, licorice root is promoted as a dietary supplement for conditions such as digestive problems, menopausal symptoms, cough, and bacterial and viral infections. Therefore, provides immunity to body.
